The space functions at day as a passageway and at night as a meeting place. The connection between the different layers will be by stairs which will be placed in the intersection of the layers. So it will create passageway and new spaces. The spaces and the passageways will be implementing at night as meeting places and the passageways will be implementing at day as passageways that will be the connection of all the transportation. Every layer will function as a platform to futurist lightweight flying transportation.
